REFUND AND RETURNS
As a policy we do not provide refund or accept returns on any product sold or on custom orders.
EXCHANGING AND REPLACING A PRODUCT :
We allow exchange if you receive the incorrect product or replacement with the same product if the product is damaged (products that are broken are considered damaged) during transit.
Please specify the reason for the exchange, and in case of a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please send us videos and images of the item and package through wats app on 9727238801 within 24 hours of delivery. Please allow 48 hours for our team to schedule a reverse pickup.
We require the product to be packed exactly in the same way that it was received, with all original packing material intact. To be eligible for exchange, the item must be unused and sent back in the same condition that you received it.
DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT
If your order is damaged during transit, we will assist with repairing or replacing the product. In this scenario, we will require an unboxing video and images of the damaged product and packaging within 24 hours of delivery, after which we will not be able to provide free repair or replacement. We might request you for additional information and photos of the package to escalate this with the shipping partner.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For some reason if you do not wish to proceed with the order, inform us by sending an email at email here along with your order id within 24 hours of placing the order. We will cancel your order and will issue a credit note for the equivalent purchased amount, which can be used for your next purchase within 90 days only. No cancellation would be entertained for the dispatched orders. Request for cancellation of orders shall not be entertained for discounted orders. No cancellation for custom orders.
