SHIPPING POLICY

In most cases, we ship orders in 48-72 hours (for non-customised products) and is generally delivered in 5-7 working days. Monday to Friday are considered as working days except for public holidays.

There may be slight delay in delivery occasionally around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.

We have tied up with  Trackon, delivery & DTDC courier services. Charges for shipping in India depends on product dimensions and weight.

Once your order is shipped, the tracking ID and our courier partner name are sent to you via email. We also share a valid tracking link from where you can track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery. Should you have any questions about your order dispatch, you can email us at dhruvapatel2008@hotmail.com. In cases, where the customer is not available on the mentioned address at the time of delivery, or not able take Courier Company’s call and the packet gets RTO (Returned to Origin), the customer needs to pay the shipping charges to initiate the second time delivery. Shipping charges and the time it may take to reach you, may vary.
